| The "Chepe" offers first class train service between Chihuahua and Los Mochis, by way of the Copper Canyons. Ferromex, the owners of the largest rail system in Mexico including the Chepe, has invested millions of dollars in the reconstruction and improvement of this railroad. All this in an effort to provide the level of service and reliability their passengers expect. First class cater to pimarily tourist. There is also train service between Chihuahua and Los Mochis via second class or Economic class. This train has more stops and takes a lot longer time to cross Copper Canyon. Second class is traveled by locals and tourists as well. |
