Newport Beach to Ensenada International Yacht Race - In the yachting world, no other international race attracts more entries, more than 50 participating yachts. This annual event takes place the last weekend in April. With its spectacular starts off the shores of Newport Beach, this is always reported as one of the greatest sailing events of the year. Vineyards Flowering Festival - This harvest festival, which marks the initiation of the production of wine grapes, takes place at several wineries in the Guadalupe Valley. Presented by the Baja California Association of Winemakers. |

SCORE Baja 500 Race - This race will welcome more than 280 participants from 15 countries. More than 250 vehicles competing in 24 professional and five sportsman categories for cars, trucks, motorcycles and ATVs will participate in this race which covers 450 miles of mountains, valleys, deserts, forest and gorgeous Pacific coastline. The race will finish in downtown Ensenada inside the Deportivo Antonio Palacios Baseball Stadium on 9th Street and Guadalupe Avenue.

Fiestas de la Vendimia (Grape Harvest Fiestas) - For ten days, the winemaking companies making up the Asociación de Vinicultores de Baja California (The Association of Winemakers of Baja California) get together and organize events and parties related to the harvest: wine tasting sessions, concerts and samplings. This festival takes place at the wineries in Ensenada as well as the wineries in the Valle de Guadalupe. |
