| Guadalupe Valley is 70 miles southeast of San Diego in Baja California, a relatively easy trip by car from the San Diego airport. Take I-5 south to San Ysidro and cross the border at Tijuana. Follow signs to Toll Route No. 1 south toward Ensenada, then exit at Route 3 (Tecate-Sauzal Highway) and go east toward Tecate. Don't forget to pick up mandatory Mexican Auto Insurance before crossing the border. The map below shows locations of several wineries in Ensenada and the Valley of Guadalupe. Their are also several restaurants in the area as well as lodging. |
