Jalisco is one of the 31 states of Mexico. Jalisco borders the Pacific Ocean to the west, and the states of Nayarit to the North West, Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, and San Luis Potosí to the north, Guanajuato to the east, Jalisco Mexicoand Colima and Michoacán to the south.
