| Loreto enjoys year-round sunshine. It is practically sunny 300 days out of the year. The weather and water of the Sea of Cortez are warm, with water temperatures of almost 90 from July through September. Loreto weather is balmy in the winter and hot but bearable in summer, with an average annual temperature in the 80s. In January daytime temperatures average 75 degrees, midsummer days run 100, Loreto offers two peak seasons summer and winter. If you travel to Loreto for fishing the best times for Sport fishing is June through September; snorkelers and divers prefer May through November and whale watching season is December though March. |
