Landscaped for greatest privacy from walkers on the beach, there is a 10-12ft high embankment heavily planted with beautiful prickly succulents, with access provided to Ranchos beach down a few stone steps. On the 2nd story of the main house, there is a large 5 room master bedroom suite - 'Oro' - which is used by the owners when in residence.
