The walls are of palapa (wood material from the coco palm) and the roofs are of palm from palmayra palm. They are very pretty and very durable. Each cabaña at Hotel Rockaway Puerto Escondido Oaxaca has sleeping rooms for three to eight people depending on which cabaña. The cabañas have at least one double bed and a set of bunk beds, a small bedside table beside the double bed, a table and two chairs, a wardrobe to hang clothes, a large ceiling type fan, a floor fan, mosquito netting over all beds, a bathroom with shower, and a padlock for the door when you go out. There is a parking space for each cabaña (protected) in case you arrive by car or camper.
