The Mexican state of Oaxaca pronounced (Woh-hah-kah) is the fifth-largest state in Mexico and is bordered by the states of Puebla and Veracruz on the north, Guerrero on the west, Chiapas on the east and by the Pacific Ocean on the south. The state of Oaxaca Mexico has a very diverse population. Its 3.3 millionOaxaca Map people are made up of descendents from 15 different groups including the Zapotec, Mixtec, Chatino, Trique and Mixe peoples. They speak over 14 languages and 90 dialects.
