  Konsag Island Konsag Island - Konsag is plainly visible from the beach at any point around the San Felipe bay, appearing at first glance to be a sail. It is reachable by boat in 45 minutes or so under normal conditions and it is a great place to watch sea lions, seals and colonies of sea birds.
Lighthouse Lighthouse - The lighthouse in San Felipe is located around the malecon area. It is a functioning lighthouse, that guides local fisherman back home safely on foggy days. From the lighthouse you can see the shrine to the Virgin Mary and views of the city. There are several restaurants located on the malecon that offer patio views of the Lighthouse.
Malecon in San Felipe Malecon - The Malecon in San Felipe is located along the waters edge. This is where most of the bars and restaurants can be found. The Malecon is the focal point of the city. Day and night you will se people strolling along the road or enjoying the sunsets. The beach is located in front of the malecon, this is where most of the local fisherman will bring back fresh fish to stock local markets and restaurants.
Puetecitos Hot Springs Puetecitos Hot Springs - Ninety kilometers south of San Felipe is a settlement called Puertecitos (little port) where the natural hot springs soothe and heal. There is a small hotel, a gas station, a boat ramp and other services, including telephones. You can come here and play or swim in the hot springs. Sometimes you can even slide down the rock faces into pools.
San Felipe Spring Break Spring Break - Around March and April, San Felipe experiences a flood of college students (usually from the United States) who travel to San Felipe to party. For just about all of these students, drinking alcohol is usually the reason why they come to Cancún. The drinking age in Mexico is 18; while in the United States, it is 21. Valley of the giants The Valley of the Giants - Natural Reserve of the thousand year old Cardon Cactus. This area has become a major visitors attraction due to the selection of one of these giant specimens some reach as tall as 50 feet.
Virgin of Guadalupe Virgin of Guadalupe - is a local shrine honoring the virgin Mary. The shrine is located above San Felipe's malecon area next to the lighthouse in the northern area of town, there is also an amazing view of the city, ocean and the malecon from the shrine. In the mornings fishermen can be seen climbing the stairs to the shrine before heading out to sea.
